Halloween HauntUP Ghoulish Scavenger Hunt: Play to win prizes!

Hey Scavenger Hunt Enthusiasts! Get ready for a spook-tacular adventure with our “Ghoulish Game and Giveaway”!

From Oct.15th-25th, hunt down the hidden clues as you navigate through this 8-stop scavenger hunt. We’ll go a few blocks up and down Yonge Street. The Halloween Hunt takes about 30 minutes. At the end of each stop you’ll see instructions for where to go next.

5 lucky winners will have a chance to win $50 gift cards. When you’ve completed this hunt, submit the form (in the game) by October 25th, 11:59 PM to enter the draw. The winners will be announced on October 26th, 11:15 AM at the Halloween Haunt UP event (Yonge St & St. Clements Ave). If you’re not there, another winner will be chosen. Don’t worry if you don’t win—all participants leave with a treat!

CONTEST TERMS AND RULES

1. SPONSOR: Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by the UPtown Yonge BIA (the “Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario 18 years of age or older excluding Board members, employees and volunteers of the Uptown Yonge BIA and their immediate families. Entries not in compliance with any of the Contest Terms and Rules, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be disqualified.

3. MEMBER BUSINESSES: BIA Members include any business occupying commercial space (either owned or leased from a commercial landlord) located within the UPtown Yonge Business Improvement Area as specified by the official City of Toronto Boundary Map. Home-based businesses at a location where the business owner also resides are excluded.

4. CONTEST PERIOD: Individual contest periods will be noted on specific contest page.

5. CONTEST DETAILS: No purchase is required to enter but participants are encouraged to support our businesses and shop local.

6. NOTICE: Winners will be notified by phone and/or email and must claim their prize within 7 days of notification. Prizes not claimed within this time period will be forfeited.

7. RELEASE: Winners authorize the release of their name and photograph for advertising and promotional purposes relating to any and all contests by the Sponsor.

8. Promotions have no cash value.

9. Winners: total of 5 winners. Each to receive a prize of $50 gift card

10. Entries for the draw must be received by October 25th, 11:59 PM. The winners will be announced on October 26th, 11:15 AM at the Halloween Haunt UP event (Yonge St & St. Clements Ave). You must be there in person to accept your prize, otherwise another winner will be chosen.
