SIP owners Carmen Costantino and Vince Lazzaro have created nearly two dozen different pizzas, each flash-baked for approximately 90 seconds in an authentic wood-burning oven specially imported from Italy. Our pizza chef from Naples has earned the coveted title of certified master pizza chef. The menu offers traditional Italian cuisine, featuring both classics and tasty modern dishes with the true taste of Italy. Enticing salads, pastas, seafood, risotti, Italian-style charcuterie, antipasti, and a few heartier meat dishes round out the menu in a relaxed, vibrant and inviting atmosphere. The wine bar offers rotating selections from fine Italian and selected international vineyards.

Like the food, the space itself is warm and inviting with brick wall design and rustic wood finishes.
