STOCK T.C. is a joint venture by Terroni and Cumbrae’s, and is located in the national historic site of Montgomery’s Tavern and Postal Station K, which was the headquarters of William Lyon McKenzie’s Rebellion of Upper Canada.
Two of the major forces behind Toronto’s culinary identity, Terroni and Cumbrae’s, have come together to create a fully integrated food space.
TOGETHER AT LAST — One day Cosimo Mammoliti and Stephen Alexander stood and watched customers walking down Queen Street carrying Sud Forno bags stuffed with pizza stirata, bombolini, panini and fresh bread, while also holding Cumbrae’s bags bursting with steaks, pot pies and lamb chops. And they had an idea. STOCK T.C. is a combination of the best of both; Terroni’s beloved pizza and pasta, Cumbrae’s incredible burgers, and so much more.
